Bake a Crostata

Benefits:

1. Very hard to mess up.

2. Shortcrust pastry is made in a food processor.

3. Great way to use up an old jar or jars of jam in your fridge.

4. You can add lemon zest, orange zest, or my favorite lime zest!

5. Use homemade jam or store bought jam.

6. Tastes like a giant cookie to be honest.

7. Dough is a lot less fussy than American pie dough or puff pastry.
