Happy Hour at HaiSous Vietnamese Kitchen

Absolutely stellar happy hour (4:00pm to 5:30pm) deal! Each dish is $10 (cocktails too) with $15 for their Bun Cha Ha Noi. The fish sauce wings were superb, on par with some of the best in Austin, the batter of the wings was perfectly shattery—a key characteristic of Vietnamese chicken wings. I still prefer the Bun Cha Ha Noi version from NG Cafe but this was perfect on a super hot Chicago August day.
