Thee Elbow Room

LA Eastsiders: where are we taking the whole family (in our case, a one year old and a five year old) out to dinner lately? We are loud, we’re eating early, and we’re bringing craft supplies.

If you can make it up to Montrose, Thee Elbow Room is a bar with a lovely outdoor area, surprisingly good food, and satisfying beer list. Parking is nearby and free and it's a relaxed environment so the kids can be kids and no one will care. Saw a couple there with a dog and tiny baby when my son (7) and I dropped in for lunch and soccer yesterday afternoon.
