It will give you 4 paragraphs: what you’re here to do, what you’re here to learn, what keeps you healthy, and your purpose. PRINT IT OUT. Read it regularly. Don’t obsess over it, don’t try to DO it, just read it and then read it again tomorrow or next week and the week after that, and let its message gently permeate.
