Great intro to fermenting vegetables. (Yes, I love Sandor Katz but I think this is easier!) Worth it for the Cumin Basil Beets alone.

Love Sandor Katz too but ty for saying it’s not entry level! I found wild fermentation more accessible to start out than the big orange book but easy intros are nice!
