Kimchi from Index General Store

Unless you’re a climber, you probably aren’t making a point to stop in Index, WA. But next time you’re driving Highway 2, get yourself to the Index General Store (which is also the post office) for a jar of homemade kimchi. It’s the last place you’d expect it and probably my favorite kimchi of all time.
