Role Play for Studying

My genius friend came up with this when we were in high school. When she needed to buckle down and study a lot, she’d come up with a persona and the studying was a kind of role play for their story line. A chemistry test might require super nerdy lab girl on the verge of a scientific breakthrough. Getting through a ton of reading for English is easier if you’re say, a 90s hipster who gets into arguments with that annoying guy at the poetry open mic night and you need to take him down with your deep understanding of [insert book/political theory/historical analysis].
