I'm realizing my friends have bought a lot of my kitchen appliances because this was also a present!

for a hot pot night, you could also just use a normal rice cooker but my instant pot is the workhorse of my kitchen. I use it for rice, congee, bone broth, any type of braised meat dish, etc. I'm even thinking of getting into making my own coconut yogurt in the instant pot 👀
