Zojirushi Gourmet d'Expert Electric Skillet

first thing first, you need a hot pot! my friend gifted this to me and honestly, it's one of the best presents I've ever gotten. bonus points because it can also be used as a KBBQ grill. this yin yang one from Zojirushi is also nice and can be useful if you often host groups with both vegetarians and non-vegetarians.

my rule of thumb is you need one hot pot for about 4-5 people. once you hit 6 people, its easier / more ergonomic to have a second pot.

if you aren't ready to take the plunge of owning a hot pot or you are limited for space, a crock pot or instantpot on sauté setting can also be used in a pinch.
