Drink a Mazagran
Recommended by Nitabel
IMO the perfect iced coffee beverage, originally from Algeria. Puckery fresh-squeezed lemon juice sweetened with brown sugar, layered with sparkling water and two shots of espresso (pour over the back of a spoon to retain layers) over ice. Gorgeously bright, refreshing afternoon perk-up in a frosty highball glass.

Ooooh! I love espresso tonics, which sound similar to this. I’ll have to look out for mazagrans!

Yes! I went through a cold brew+lemonade phase that people gave me side-eye for (basically arnold palmer but coffee instead of tea). Making it effervescent would be even better 😍
