Italian Cold Cut Sandwich

The hero. Submarine sandwich. Sub. Grinder. Hoagie. Whatever it's called. I think this is the second best sandwich in the world behind the venerable bánh mì. Something with fat and nitrates. I even put mayo on it to the chagrin of Italians. Fight me I think mayo is the perfect condiment.
