The Honor System

Recently, I bought a little ceramic vase from this stand — it was honor system and pay what you want.You don’t often see these in the city, but I love the good faith gesture. The idea that someone puts something out there, usually a labor of love, with the hope of making a little money, and trusting that people will do right.
