Dipping Potato chips in mayo
Recommended by Nick
potato chips and mayonnaise is a perfect snack. If you’re feeling fancy, make your own mayo - I like Kenji’s 2-min recipe with a tiny pinch of MSG.

MSG in my kitchen feels like a threshold to cross. I’m intrigued! Ok, an ex of my mines mother who was real midwestern dipped her p chips in melted butter with franks hot sauce mixed in. It was also chaos. But worth it.
