Le Creuset and Staub are cute enough but what really are they doing that Miss Lodge isn’t for all that extra money? Nothing as far as I can tell! Lodge forever for me :’)”

“You don’t need an expensive dutch oven. I’ve had this exact one for 8 years and she’s still going strong. When it’s colder out, I’m using her 2-3 x per week. I make a lot of beans and curries but I’ve also used her to make a Hannukah brisket. If you have kids or you like to meal prep, I definitely recommend the 6 qt size.”
