Hey homies! I’m currently seeking alternatives to a pull-out sofa. I want something comfy but not average and back-pokey. Thinking wide square stacking pillows that can be spread out on the floor or something similar? For new family room/den/sunroom/guest sleeping quarters 🤓🥱😴

Tatami mats: My husband recently got some tatami mats and a futon mattress to use for our guests. We got ours on FB marketplace for cheaper, but I linked to a site that sells similar. Since they're flat, you could store under other furniture or maybe upright in a closet. Definitely better than our ever-deflating air mattress!
