Homemade Granola (in particular Eleven Madison Park Granola)
If you don’t trust me, trust the 5 star reviews. I discovered this recipe in college and it is next level. Beyond being delish, it was a great learning lesson on how accessible and better making homemade granola is. Find a recipe you like and tweak to your hearts desire! I usually lessen the sugar in this one.
Level 2 is when you do an empty-the-pantry no recipe batch.

“This rec needs the preface that I am not a sweets person. If you want a really sweet granola, this isn’t it. What this is is a delicious and aggressively salty (while still being sweet) granola. I’ve made it with the sour cherries but also craisins out convenience. It’s absolute perfection and contains two of my favorite nuts: pistachios and pepitas.”
