the breakfast table

a magic breakfast place where the coffee is as good as the food. the staff are FANTASTIC! I'm somehow a regular without living in Vancouver(yet).

the menu is a mix of well done classics and more interesting fare like beef bulgogi hash and chicken karaage and waffle. there are on menu vegan options and they are happy to let you modify things within reason.

my partner orders the prosciutto ham & burrata toast every time. I like the breakfast ratatouille but am known to order a bunch of sides. the house made bacon is incredible and while it's not listed on the menu they will let you order salad as a side, something I was maybe too excited to discover. their grapefruit mimosas are a lovely treat, and the Arnold Palmer is also very good!

it's worth checking the waitlist and joining it during busy times. the wait times are generally accurate and often you get a table sooner. it's a nice neighborhood to wander around in or find a spot to read so waiting doesn't feel like a chore.

I haven't been to the Richmond location so I can't speak to how similar/different it is.
