This Spanish restaurant located under the train tracks in Nakameguro serves tasty paella, chicken wings, and pork ribs. My favorite part about this restaurant is that when you order a wine, they fill the glass to the very top! There is limited seating, so it may be good to make a reservation or call in advance.
