Pueblo Seed & Food Co

Cortez, Colorado is a cool little town almost exactly halfway from Salt Lake City (where we used to live) and Santa Fe (where we live now). We discovered Pueblo Seed Company there and fell in love. Everything they do is cool: growing regionally-adapted seeds, running a gorgeous weekend bakehouse menu, and making some incredible pantry goods. Their Rye Catcher cookies are my favorite alternative to an energy bar for a hike or errand-day snack.
