I rarely ever use this to lay my head on because it’s actually the perfect pillow to hug as a side-sleeper for arm support. So much so that, after first making fun of me for it, then trying it, then fighting me over it, my husband got one for himself. Not only that but the canvas material doesn’t get hot so your temperature stays regulated throughout the night. Also, there’s lavender!
