Hire DJs/Musicians You Actually Love

There is literally no reason to stick to the anonymous "wedding band" or "wedding DJ" you can just ask your favorite local musicians or DJs if they are interested/available/capable and see if their rates are aligned with your budget. Mine were, and it was fucking epic.

Pro tip: Have them do a fade out for mother/son or father/daughter and couples solo dance wherever in the song feels right to you. I did not want to be up there for longer than like 90 seconds.
