Soft Water Flasks

These fit into the shoulder straps on my running vest for easy access on trail runs or hot hikes. For warm weather, I freeze two the night before (one with a hydration multiplier or energy mix and the other with plain water for the dogs), for a cooling system that hydrates on the go.

If you do freeze them ahead of time, ensure you leave enough room for when the water expands and clear the nipple if all water before freezing or you’ll have a leak on your hands and no one wants a leaky nipple.
