A tradition started by restauranteur Allison Arevalo - and she has a cookbook by the same name for inspiration. The idea is simple: a weekly (or monthly, or whatever cadence you can do) get together where you invite friends over for some pasta and wine on a Friday night to unwind from a busy week.
