It’s always a good idea to make sure whatever you are storing is clean before parking it anywhere long-term. I love this laundry wash, it’s no rinse so you just soak your clothing in it before drying (if it’s something especially delicate I will usually lay it out on a towel and roll it up to remove excess water gently before laying it flat to dry). I’ve read that plastic is like the worst thing to store clothing in long term, so try and use acid-free options like cotton bags/garment bags or Tyvek garment bags if you’re really serious. If hanging, you’ll want to avoid plastic or wire hangers (Joan knew), and bonus points for wrapping the hanger in cotton or Tyvek (you can also buy it by the yard). And always store knits folded rather than on hangers. Hope this helps and doesn’t sound like too many things!!!

“I wash wool items in Eucalan and dry flat. Gently squeeze and don’t agitate so the wool doesn’t turn felty.”

“This is my favorite wool wash because it is a no-rinse formula and smells natural. Caring for your precious knits is important!”
