Follow Jonathan Haidt

This is the guy who wrote Anxious Generation. I know some people have issues w/ the book and him as a person BUT I think he’s right on with his overall message: kids should be outside and have more independence and spend less time on screens. I can’t recommend the book because I own it but haven’t actually read it 😅
