Trader Joe’s Walnut Gouda Cheese

I don’t typically enjoy the textural shift nuts introduce to anything soft and creamy (Ice cream! Cake! Yogurt!) but this cheese is doing it for me. The nuttiness is really making the gouda-i-ness shine. I enjoyed it slightly melted on a homemade sando with red lettuce, lomo, and a little olive oil.

Don’t fall too in love — it’s a seasonal offering.
