Merlin Bird ID
Hands down my favorite app on my phone. It listens to the birds around you, identifies them with a little photo, shares info and fun facts about them, calls out when you have an unexpected or unusual visitor, and helps you identify chirps on your own. It’s a total delight.

“This is a game changer that has brought so much joy to me and my family. New traditions include popsicles on the front steps with my son while we use this app, and weekend post-bedtime drinks with husband unwinding and bird-listening. We are a bird family now. 10/10 rec!”

“I recommend this app quite possibly more than any other thing. It’s absolutely amazing and has become a part of many special conversations.”
