Do something to help other dogs

A friend and I organized a bake sale in my pup's honor after she died. We raised $800 in a single morning and donated it all to the local animal shelter. We held it on what would have been my dog's 15th birthday because it was pretty close by. We put fliers up around the neighborhood saying what the bake sale was for, and lots of people who came by brought their dogs and I got to say hi. Made me feel so good.
