Idk why everyone says they're no good. Mine is the 27th and it's like the excitement from Christmas just gets extended a little longer. Plus everyone is always off. It's the best!

👏🏻 mine is the 26th and i have always loved it. in high school someone said “but you never get to celebrate with your friends at school because of Xmas break!” i was and am very good with this…no school! still excited decades later!

Mine is the 17th which is a kind of less good no-man’s-land. But I just pretend I don’t have a birthday and that mostly works!

My birthday is ALSO the 17th and I have just merged the two events in my mind into one big festive season. I’m lucky that my mom, my spouse & my friends never overlook my birthday but also it’s made me kinda chill about my birthday being not that huge a deal.

My husband's family is Jewish and my mother-in-law's birthday is on Christmas. We do Christmas Eve and Christmas morning with my family, then go to my MIL's house in the late afternoon to do a birthday dinner for her. Fun for everyone!

Love it! I’ve gotten my not-jewish partner’s family to agree to Chinese food on xmas for a few years now and I think they love it :)
