Eggnog Snickerdoodles

I don’t drink eggnog! But I love these. Rum + nutmeg… plus cream of tartar, which reminds me of the Betty Crocker sugar cookies from my youth. Also kind of fun to have rum extract on hand to swap for vanilla in things like banana bread!
