I recently had a therapy session that left me doing a lot of reflecting, and I jolted up in the middle of the night thinking ‘I need to read the dear sugar about saluting to the ghost ship from the shore’ and planned an emergency trip store to my local library the next day. I read it, I cried, it helped.
