Ceglie Messapica: We visited here and most things were closed for siesta, but it was so fun exploring all the nooks and alleyways that I'd love to go back again.

Monopoli (Italy): Stayed in Monopoli as a home base for exploring Puglia and loved it. No major tourist attractions (like Alberobello or Polignano) there so it feels like a real/normal town a lot of the time. La Tradizione del Formaggio is a must visit.
