What are your favorite solves for lower back pain after being on your feet all day? Specific stretches, products, shoes I can wear to work that won’t give me this issue, etc!

I am not an elite athlete by ANY MEANS, but I got these sandals to wear as house shoes for cooking, milling about, etc. they have CHANGED THE GAME for my back pain
