@Dominiek Kampman congratulations!! I would recommend finding a baby wearing device that works for you. I did not realize before having my son that newborns sleep best and longest when held. So, baby wearing allowed my son to have contact naps, and I could still move around the house and do stuff!

@Mary thank you so much for your response! This carrier looks very comfortable and nice. Did you buy it before your child arrived, or did you wait after birth (to find out what carrier works best for you and the baby)?

I bought a Solly wrap before my son was born! We were also given a structured carrier that my husband preferred. When my son was a few months old, I bought a ring sling carrier and really liked that too! A ring sling also works for a newborn, but it’s easier to get a good fit with a larger baby.
If you can’t tell, baby wearing saved me as a new mom, and I miss my son being small enough to wear. 😊
