Julie and the Phantoms

Kenny Ortega is one of our greatest living directors, and I say that with my whole chest. This show changed lives during the pandemic. September of 2020 I was manifesting being vaxxed and at a Julie and the Phantoms concert ("Finally Free", if you will).

Like yes technically this is a kids show but it's also a show about a girl who accidentally summons the ghosts of a rock band from 1995 who only appear when she sings. It rules! The music rips! And if you are keeping track of casting updates for a certain Canadian hockey romance series, you may recognize Charlie Gillespie. He's one of the charming little ghosties in this. Also?? BOOBOO STEWART! Remember SETH from the TWILIGHT movies?? WELL NOW HE'S A GAY GHOST WHO SKATEBOARDS.
