Bear cub time

I have two and four year old boys, and the idea of two minutes of “bear cub time” (i.e. just letting them wrestle and roll all over each other before bed, at a park, whatever) was passed on to me by my mom’s best friend who also has two sons (I have sisters, in case that wasn’t obvious).
