Getting a FULL birth chart reading

Not me going around my entire life just saying "I'm a September Virgo" when there was a whole entire natal chart out there just waiting to be read. Turns out I also have a Libra Stellium in the 9th house, which kind of means I am the most indecisive girlie in all the land.
