There seems to be a no-fail recipe in the astrology of comedy. If you exaggerate the qualities of your Sun sign to an almost irritating degree, it’ll be hilarious. Libra and Taurus, the Venusian signs, know how to “make it nice.” They’re the best at satire.

Alan Partridge is a character who fancies himself incredibly charming, but goes to such great lengths to maintain that image that he doesn’t do things like listen or pay attention to details. . . And is actually crass and rude. Thus it makes for a very funny “documentary” about the sensitive topic of mental health after he suffers his own mental breakdown.
