Real Time Reaction Whitney Houston 91 Star Spangled Banner

Whitney Houston - Leo Sun, Aries Moon, Pisces Rising

When a woman's sheer talent makes grown men jump up and down and hug each other, then she must be a Leo. I'm trying not to fall into the trappings of cultural nostalgia, but good god it felt good to be united as a people under the rays of true star power. Leo is ruled by the Sun and rules the heart. The center of our galaxy and the center of our bodies. Thank you to a rec leaguer's comment for introducing me to this video. It warms my heart.

“i’m aware that the very concept of feeling patriotic at any time, but especially now, could be suspect. However, Whitney was the best of us, a living embodiment of excellence. She takes you with her on what it feels like to be touched by god with talent in this. There is a corresponding youtube video I will link in the comments of people watching it when it first aired, men literally cheering from”
