Coach Aria on Ladder

Aria really is that bitch. She is a 6’ British bodybuilding goddess and she will literally get your ass into shape (mine has grown enough in 6 months that I have to buy new jeans). I feel superior watching people with personal trainers in the gym because Aria’s cues and explanations are so much better than what they are paying $150 an hour for. Ladder in general is such a great fitness app, and Aria is the cherry on top!
