Auberge Sauvage

Without a doubt the best meal I've ever had in my entire life. Dinner here is an experience. It's a farm to table restaurant at a farm estate surrounded by gardens and run by a husband and wife every single detail is intentional from the tables that they built by hand to the handmade ceramic dishes that are shaped according to the dish for the perfect presentation. When I went, it was only a restaurant, but it looks to be an inn now as well, which I can only imagine is an incredible stay.
