Use a foot roller stretcher

I keep one of these under my couch and friends loves to bring this out when they come over. Immediate relief! I have elders who have gotten knees/hips/etc replaced and I’m like what do you wish you could replace fully and they almost all say their feet. Stretch out those bad boys!
