William Sonoma Signature Simmer Pot Freezer Stash

Recommended by Mac Norton

I’m always tossing leftover herbs like rosemary in my freezer and forgetting about them. Today, I made something with an absurd amount of lemon juice and put the lemon rinds and freezer-rosemary in back in the freezer with some vanilla and peppercorns. Can’t wait to pop these on the stove!

“Our family avoids fragrances in the home but sometimes I like a little something in the air when I’m hosting. This simmer pot is my favorite because I always have the ingredients on hand and it works in every season.”
