all makeup by 19/99

i have almost the entire line okay. i’ve tried merit, ilia, noto, glossier, isamaya, and on, with varying degrees of dissatisfaction. 19/99 is the only brand where every item is an absolute hit, a perfect 10/10. my current daily is:

mascara (blue or taupe) - subtle lash tint look, because it’s so natural looking, the blue is neutral and lovely instead of overwhelming

a little eye liner in El Dorado

lip in Bolla - perfect neutral

cheek in Burro

then the high-shine gloss on all my highlight areas, eye lids and lips - perfect glow, stays all day, best texture of any gloss i’ve tried

everything is multipurpose and actually functions that way. cannot rave enough.

for context: i like no-makeup makeup, have cool tone, sensitive skin.
