Looking to rent our house out for short term rentals (think 3month increments). Any recommendations for things that make a stay feel nice and inviting or things that would stand out?!

Visit

Empty cupboard or at least shelf for their food in the kitchen; space in the front hall for coats; if you can't clear an obvious side of a closet, consider a freestanding rack!
