“still can't believe I didn't beat others to recommending this incredible salad with a silly origin. this is our daily lunch about half the weeks of the year, and something I bring every postpartum parent to get a healthy, nourishing salad. recommend keeping the chickpeas and quinoa separate so you can heat them before eating. it's really that good though.”
