Coleslaw to rescue your bad burger

Now that it’s fall it might be a minute until you can use this hack but I’ve learned putting coleslaw on a sad, lifeless burger can really save the day. It reduces dryness and adds a good crunch to an otherwise helpless situation. This is usually happening at a grill/cook out where coleslaw is bound to be nearby. Now that I think of it this is how I got into trying coleslaw for the first time.
