Bacon Tacos

When I was a kid, my dad introduced my brother and me to the magic of the humble bacon taco. Every time I eat one, it reminds me of being a kid. My preferred formula: a flour tortilla warmed directly on the stovetop, a couple of pieces of thick-cut bacon, a generous helping of cracked black pepper, freshly grated cheddar or pepper jack cheese, and a few dashes of Tabasco.😙👌
