Detox Bath

i take a detox bath once a week from Dr. Leigh Erin Connealy's book, The Cancer Revolution:

~ 1-2 cups baking soda

~ 1-2 cups epsom salt

~ 1/4 cup magnetic / bentonite clay

~ my addition: a couple drops of a high quality, skin-safe essential oil or a naturally scented cold process soap for some bubbles :)

This, followed by red light therapy, puts me in a calm and sleepy daze
