J. Crew Etienne Oversized Shirt

I'm always in this shirt. This + black jeans + clogs + a fun earring is my work uniform that always works. The "cotton oxford" version is the perfect button-down material in my book, not too flimsy, feels crisp but not stiff. I've had good luck finding them online secondhand too (depop, poshmark) size down!!
